The hotel features aground floor where there is a reception area, a bar and place to serve breakfast to the clients, at the first floor, a second floor and a third floor. At the rest aground floor, on the first and the second floor, there are 28 studios of different size with their own bathrooms and small kitchen. The third floor is consisted of a 120 square metres flat with a view to the sea that was used by the owner of the hotel as a second dwelling. The flat is fully furnished. The hotel was constructed in 1973, in line with legal regulations and procedures of the Greek Tourist Organization, on a piece of land of 2.619 square metres. The third floor was constructed later, in 2000 and it is in a very good condition as renovation and refurbishment have been carried out since then. Acoustic rated glazing has been installed in all the doors and windows of the building. There are additional rooms for storage and rooms to be used by the personnel of the hotel.
